the room was clean. i found the location good. the staff was friendly and helpful (especially with directions).

The staff showed great communication skills. i lost a very important piece of jewelry in my room. The staff were really good too look for it. They let me know where it was. The hotel had plenty areas to relax. i could enjoy a drink there. The room was very spacious.

There was not enough cupboard SPACE in the room. It was also an expensive place to stay. The room rate was not REFLECTIVE of the hotel. Breakfast was also a bit hit and miss.

the hotel has an amazing sky bar with great food and cocktails. our townhouse room offered great river views. the staff was lovely, friendly, and very attentive (i loved them!).

a fairly nice experience

friendly staff clean room fine view excessive noise tv issues overpriced food

the room was super clean, and i found the staff to be quite friendly. the complimentary mini-fridge was a lovely little touch. i also appreciated the fine views from the higher floors.

The noise from the rooftop bar late into the night was disruptive. It made it difficult to sleep. the tv had some sound issues that persisted for a while, inconvenient. some of the food at the restaurant felt overpriced for what it was.

I found the staff friendly and helpful . my room was clean and well-equipped, with easy access to everything i needed. the location was excellent. It allowed me to conveniently reach all the places i wanted to visit.
