The staff showed great communication skills. i lost a very important piece of jewelry in my room. The staff were great too look for it. They let me know where it was. The hotel had plenty areas to relax. i could enjoy a drink there. The room was very spacious.

There was not enough cupboard SPACE in the room. It was also an expensive place to stay. The room rate was not REFLECTIVE of the hotel. Breakfast was also a bit hit and miss.

the room was super clean, and i found the staff to be quite friendly. the complimentary mini-fridge was a lovely little touch. i also appreciated the fine views from the higher floors.

The noise from the rooftop bar late into the night was disruptive. It made it difficult to sleep. the tv had some sound issues that persisted for a while, inconvenient. some of the food at the restaurant felt overpriced for what it was.
